How long have you been riding
I have been riding for 5 years.
Why did you start riding?
I grew up listening to the stories of my dad and uncle exploring the mountains on a motorcycle. They use to say “It’s the Journey that matters and not the destination”. To explore nature’s treasure trove on two wheels and meeting like-minded people on the way intrigued me and got me interested in Motorcycling.
HOW’S YOUR EXPERIENCE BEEN WITH ROYAL ENFIELD SO FAR?
I have ridden Royal Enfield across India, Nepal, Bhutan and North America covering terrains from the world’s highest motorable road – 18953ft in the Himalayan ranges to the mother road – Route 66 of USA. I can say one thing for sure, Royal Enfield lives up to its brand name. It’s an elephant on road. Royal Enfield motorcycle can give you the leisure of riding on beautifully paved roads but the same motorcycle can take you to the off-roads with riding into snow and gravel. It’s the best for both worlds.
A LITTLE BACKGROUND ABOUT WHO YOU ARE & WHY YOU ARE SO AWESOME.
I am Shruti Singh, professionally a Marketing and Operations Manager but motorcyclist by heart. I moved to the USA in 2019, before that I lived in India, Mumbai. I choose my journey to be on the engine with two wheels because it’s not a passion, it’s a lifestyle for me. I live by the rule of “Nothing happens unless you make it happen”. And this rule made me explore terrains that cannot be traced on Google maps, riding on snow-clad mountains with freezing temperatures, wining podiums racing on a dirt track and obstacle track and, more importantly, meet like-minded people. All this is worth a billion times more than a fat bank balance.
